Thrift Store Jacket

Sometimes life disappoints. Your childhood dog dies, your husband leaves you for a woman half your age or a week comes and goes without a  new Jacket of the Week posting. But that is what we do here at Jacket of the Week, we put things in perspective. So in 15 years when you find out your wife is having an affair with your landscaper you can say, "Man, this sucks but it doesn't suck as bad as that time there wasn't a Jacket of the Week." When your favorite blog also acts as your mentor that is something special. We hope if nothing else you have come to appreciate the magnitude of this blog.  Now that we've gone through that experience there aren't any lessons to be taught for the time being. After we gave you negative reinforcement we must follow through with positive reinforcement. So when you wake from your bed, get dressed, go to work, fake doing work, then start searching the internets you will find a new Jacket of the Week. This week's Jacket of the Week is not a good looking Jacket. He is a Jacket that you may have bought when you were down on your luck. Maybe this Jacket had seen better days but now he's all used up. That is Jacket we are working with this week. Let us now unveil this week's Jacket of the Week...

We have titled this week's Jacket "Thrift Store Jacket" Let's be honest here. This is not a Jacket that goes over big with the ladies or men, whatever. This Jacket is trying hard to be alluring but no dice. If there is one thing Jackets are not it is alluring. "Thrift Store Jacket" is a Jacket we will be burying the closet.
