Black Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fans. Here we are again. It is that time of the week when we unveil another Jacket. We've noticed that all our Jackets have been white thus far. We are tired of looking into that closet and only seeing white Jacket after white Jacket. It's debatable that there were some tan Jackets in there but let's be honest, they are white. We need some black Jackets to give us some variety. Hell if we can find blue Jackets, we'll take those too. Now let's get to the unveiling...

Here is this week's Jacket of the week. We titled this week's Jacket as "Black Jacket." Mainly he was titled this because he is the first guy to have a black beard and black eyebrows. But anyway Black Jacket has a really neatly trimmed beard and a sweet earring. He doesn't look that much like Jacket but he looks more like Jacket than Keith Jardine (previously titled "Vest") does. So that's a good start anyway. No doubt the ladies or men love this Jacket. He is a good looking Jacket and a great addition to the closet. So there you have it. Until next time...

Standard Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fan. Yes we have gotten to that point where there is only one single person who views this blog. That's not all bad. We'll shut it down when we've successfully reached zero. We estimate that to be in about 4 weeks. Here we are again. It's that special day where we reveal a very ordinary looking person that looks similar to the one and only Jacket. This week's version is nothing special. You've probably seen this guy or someone who looks just like him 20 times a day for your entire life. But that could be said about 75% of the Jackets of the Week. But then again isn't that the entire premise of this blog? To point out the fact that Jacket aka Winter Jacket, has a look that is reproduced in large numbers throughout the United States of America and beyond? Maybe. Enough with these existential questions, let's get to the action.

Here is this week's addition to the closet titled "Standard Jacket." Nothing special about Standard Jacket. He is obviously taking a self-portrait for whatever reason. But that's  what you would expect from Standard Jacket a forgettable self-portrait probably taking on a forgettable Tuesday morning that he posted on some forgettable bald beard message board. A standard day for a Standard Jacket. So there we have it. That concludes this week's Jacket of the Week. Until next time...

Zane Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fans. We've been starving you of late with this being your first new addition to the closet in two weeks. Everyone hits leans times at some point and right now you are feeling the ramifications of two weeks with no Jacket. So let's get back to it. This week's Jacket is a Jacket you may have some familiarity with. You may know him from his role in the blockbuster Titantic, or the Phantom [not Phantom of the Opera (The Phantom is a comic book adapation movie from 1996 also starring Catherine Zeta Jones and the Dad from the show Dexter)], or for his cameo in the Zoolander. So since you already have a strong idea let's get to the unveiling...







　

There you have it. This week's Jacket of the Week has been titled Zane Jacket because it is none other than the great Billy Zane. Billy Zane like our friend Jacket has seen better days. And in this picture they do look a lot alike. It's almost like his male pattern baldness is replicating Jacket's.  Zane must know of the work of Jacket and he obviously respects it. Jolly Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fan(s). I'm hopeful we are back into the plural but even if we are still hanging out in the singular we'll keep trucking along. Here we go with another addition to our closet. As the weeks go by some have argued that we have lost some serious steam. The addition of Riff Raff  last week went against the theme of Jacket of the Week, they say. Well we are going to go back to the basics this week with some no name dude that only slightly resembles Jacket. So let's get on with the unveiling...

So here he is. This guy is either really jolly or light in the loafers. We titled this week's Jacket of the Week Jolly Jacket.  I'm going to go with light in the loafers.  Even though we are arguably the most infrequently read blog on the internets we still have to be PC at times. Here this week's Jacket has a certain glow to him that you don't see from people that are heavy in the loafers. Yes we just made that saying up but feel free to use it. We've had a lot of Jackets in our closet that are heavy in the loafers so we thought we'd try to be a bit more diverse. Jacket himself is heavy as hell in the loafers. Old School Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week Fan(s). We are a little late to the party this week as you may know. At least we are still partying. We have a new addition in store for you this week. This week's Jacket is like Jacket when he had long dreds and a beard. Only this guy doesn't have dreds.  Anyway let's just get down to business and unveil...

You probably have no idea who that is. For one thing he is this week's addition to the Jacket of the Week.  This Jacket is a rapper by the name of Riff Raff.  He is very popular in the youtube universe and he is starting to cross over mainstream. He had feature articles in the LA Times and Gawker this week. Also James Franco is playing a character based on Riff Raff in Spring Breakers. If you are interested in his work here is a link. Rap Game's Dawson's Creek In one lyric he raps about glow in the dark Bart Simpson haircuts, in another he refers to himself as Rap Game's Dawson Creek. It's very high-brow stuff. How does this Jacket relate to the real Jacket? He doesn't, but he takes us back to a time when Jacket had a crazy hair style and probably watched Dawson's Creek. Is that an above ground pool in the background? Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fans. It's Friday which also means it's time to unveil our latest Jacket. Oh and here he is.

This week's Jacket is titled, "Is that an above ground pool in the background? Jacket" If you look at the photo it appears that there is some kind of above ground pool in the background. But it's impossible to say really. Also is that a random field or is that this Jacket's backyard? I'm not heavy in the above ground pool game but I do respect a large backyard. If that is this Jacket's yard I would say, congrats because many a wiffle ball game or football game could be played there.  Also enough area to have an intricate paintball game. The area is very large and very flat, two key components to an amazing backyard. Now if this is just some random field with an above ground pool in the middle of it then that's also cool. Because it would be so damn bizarre.  Either way this is a very intriguing locale and I'm not surprised our Jacket found it. Jackets always find themselves in interesting situations.  So thanks again for this thought provoking photo. Jackets always keep you on your toes and "Is that an above ground pool in the background? Storage Jacket

Hello Jacket of the Week fans. It is that day again. And a great Spring day it is. Yet another unveiling to be done. For the second time in 12 weeks we will succumb to the desires of our fan(s) and give you an oft requested Jacket. If you are big into reality TV you will be familiar with this Jacket. If you are not familiar with Reality television then you will look at the picture and think it is nothing but another feeble attempt at posting a picture of a man that barely looks like the man we call Jacket. So be it. You can't lose 50% of your fan interest in one week. That would be devastating to this blog. And we will not let that happen here. So let's just get right into it.

Yes. There he is. The Jacket we have named "Storage Jacket." If you are familiar with the show Storage Wars you will recognize that as Jared. Jared is the guy that is somewhat of a dick and has a deceptively attractive wife. He has no business being married to this woman but he is. So good job Storage Jacket on the nice pull. That is one thing he has in common to the real Jacket in that Jacket's intended seems like way too good and cool of a person to be with him. So nice pull on that one Jacket.
